Done-For-You setup services involve time, configuration and custom digital work. Refund eligibility therefore depends on payment status, project scope and whether work has started.
If you paid by mistake or wish to cancel before work begins, contact us promptly. We review requests fairly and communicate any applicable deduction for work already completed or non-refundable third-party costs.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law governing your purchase.
