By using this website, demo builder, chat widget or ordering a service, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Demo and AI nature
Public demos and AI responses are provided for evaluation and assistance. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate and do not guarantee business outcomes, platform approval, legal compliance or uninterrupted availability.
Orders and payments
Payments may be processed by PayPal or other third-party payment providers. Payment account credentials are handled privately and are not published as public contact information. Third-party provider terms also apply.
Service delivery
Custom setup work may require business information, website access, documents, brand rules, third-party accounts and clear project instructions from the client. Scope and delivery details may also be set out in a proposal, invoice or written project agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, obtaining required permissions and consents, protecting account credentials and ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party service outages or misuse of AI outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
